Q: What are terms and conditions at Hostel Soča Rocks?
A:
– A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking.
– In case of booking without a credit card you need to make a prepayment in the amount of the first night stay.
– We don`t accept groups unless they book at least one outdoor activity with us, such as rafting, canyoning, zipline or kayaking.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in time is from 14.00h – 21.00h. If you arrive early, we can gladly hold you bags for you until your room is ready.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is from 7.00h till 10.00h daily. We do not allow late check-outs, but if you’re going out for the day, we can arrange to hold your bags.
Q: Does hostel Soča Rocks serve alcoholic beverages?
A: Yes, in the common room. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase alcohol.
Q: Is hostel Soča Rocks dogs friendly?
A: Although, we love our little friends, we sadly do not allow dogs, cats or any other pets to spend the night. It is simply to difficult to keep the rooms to our standard of cleanliness while allowing them to stay.
Q: Are the bathrooms shared?
A: Yes, there are two bathrooms with shower and one half bathroom on the first and second floor, on the ground floor we also have two showers and two half bathrooms, so you have to share them with people who are staying in hostel.
Q: It is possible to rent a towel?
A: Yes, we can rent you a towel for 2,00€ extra.
Q: I’m arriving late at night . Will there be someone available to check me in?
A: There is a staff member on-site 24 hours a day at hostel Soča Rocks. If you plan to arrive after 23.00h, please inform us by emailing [email protected] or calling +386 41 317 777.
Q: Is there free parking at hostel Soča Rocks?
A: Yes, you can park your car right out behind the hostel.
Q: Does hostel Soča Rocks have wifi?
A: Yes, we have wireless internet throughout the entire property.
Q: Do you have a storage for bikes?
A: Unfortunately we don’t have storage for bikes so make sure you bring a locker with you. We do rent mountain bikes or E- biks for half or full day. Ask at our front desk for the prices.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins without a reservation?
A: Yes, we accept walk-ins.
Q: Is tourist tax included in the price?
A: No, tourist tax is not included in the price. Tourist tax is 2.00€ person/night extra.
